New fitness goals
I feel like I’ve been living it up a bit to much in the land of great food and snacks. So while I was in the office over the spring break, me and some co-workers created challenges for ourselves to maintain til July.
Now, my one was aimed at cracking down on my terrible habit of snacking and to up my fitness. I try not to be too weight focused but let’s be honest, if I lost weight it would only be of benefit.
I looked up the local gyms and found one run by the city. It’s really small compared to gyms I’ve been to in the past but it’s nice and doesn’t have the intimidating atmosphere that gyms back home had.
I’ve found I can actually jog for about 10min consistently now which is great! All my bike riding since coming here has not been in vain!
So now my goal is to be strong, fit and fierce!
